Roger Fredericks is an innovative golf instructor who's worked with over 20,000 golfers and 60+ Tour Players, which include such Hall of Famers as Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, and Jack Nicklaus. Roger is one of the few golf instructors who has also become one of the leading pioneers in the Golf Fitness movement, and his smash hit Infomercial, "Roger Fredericks Reveals the Secrets of Golf Swing Flexibility" has become one of the most popular DVD's in the golf industry over the last several years.
In 1991, Roger took a lifetime of knowledge of the golf swing and founded the Del Mar Golf College in San Diego. Having studied the game with a passion from such legendary instructors as Claude Harmon, Paul Runyan, Johnny Revolta, Eddie Merrins, Phil Rodgers, Mac O'Grady, Kip Puterbaugh, and many others, Roger put together a learning system which has helped literally thousands of golfers ranging from raw beginners to golf legends, athletes and celebrities.
Along with a mastery status of the golf swing, Roger has studied physiology and Bio mechanics and their relations to the golf swing, with such legendary sports physiologists including; Pete Egoscue, Dr,. Gideon Ariel, (the modern day pioneer of computerized Biomechanics), Jim and Phil Wharton of Maximum Performance International, and one of the true pioneers of kinesiology, Dr. Aaron Mattes of Sarasota, Florida.
Upon learning that a fundamental golf swing DEMANDS flexibility in the key muscle groups, Roger has created one of the most effective programs ever devised in helping people truly improve their golf swings - and bodies. His Golf Swing Analysis and Flexibility has helped thousands of people on - and off the course, and his flexibility/posture programs are also found in many corporations and organizations.
Roger currently operates his programs out of La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, California, where he resides with his wife Jean, and son Ryan.

In a career that has spanned over twenty years, Jean Fredericks has found success in virtually every field that she has entered. As a successful entrepreneur, Jean has owned her own Property Management company, been an executive and managed some of the most high profile resorts in the Hawaiian Islands, to managing one of the most successful Infomercials in the golf industry, "Roger Fredericks Reveals the Secrets to Golf Swing Flexibility," (which included working with The King Himself, Arnold Palmer), Jean Fredericks has always had one goal in mind: making the community in which she lived in - a better place.
Jean's Path:
Jean has managed some very prestigious properties over the years spanning the globe from Wichita, Kansas, California to Hawaii. Jean holds the distinct designations of Certified Property Manager®,Accredited Residential Manager®, Institute of Real Estate Management of the National Board of Realtors (Served as President of Local Chapter, Wichita, KS); and, Certified Community Association Manager®, by the California Association of Community Managers. Jean was also named "Who's Who" Commercial Real Estate by the Wichita Business Journal, Wichita, KS in 1990-1994.
Jean has also served the as Board President of Soroptimist International of West Maui - 2000-2002. Jean served as secretary of the Hawaii Hotel Association and, Director of Operations of Fredericks Golf 2005 - 2007.
Jean also holds a Real Estate Sales License in the State of California and Hawaii, and a Brokers License in Kansas.
