Stretch and Strengthen Inner Outer Thighs

Use these exercises to create power, stability, and mobility in your lower body. Often overlooked in many fitness protocols, the outer thighs – T Band, - Tensor Fascia, etc., play a major role in providing power and stability in your lower body.  Since the outer thighs synchronize with the inner thighs, here’s a couple of stretches to work both of them.
