Are your Swing Faults merely HABITS - or, are they really SYMPTOMS of your lack of Flexibility?
If you're like the vast majority of golfers playing today, you've probably noticed that your swing faults haven't gone away despite the lessons, new technology, and training aids: AND, the odds are that until you change the function of your muscles, there's a good chance that they won't ever go away!
Not only that, but now you've probably read something like "Here's a good stretch that will help your Shoulder Turn", or some similar type of "tip" that's supposed to magically cure your swing fault (and body) once and for all.
Take it from me; the body doesn't work like that. The reality is that our bodies are one big working unit where muscle chains throughout the body synergize and work together. For example, if you want to stretch your shoulders for instance, you'd better be stretching all of the muscles that synergize and work WITH the shoulder, such as the hamstrings, glutes, erectors, etc.
I've arranged these Flexible Solution programs to synergize and work all of the key muscle groups in the "Proper Sequence" so you can eliminate your swing faults ONCE AND FOR ALL!
All clips can be loaded onto your video IPod for use at home - or in the gym.

Make sure that you ALWAYS stretch before going out to the driving range and play. Going out and hitting balls “cold” is not a good idea, plus it will normally take about 5 or 6 holes before you start to feel “in the groove”. (Not to mention, it’s easy to pull a muscle). Getting off to a good start makes a round of golf much more enjoyable.

Hitting from the top is normally caused by the improper kinematic sequencing of the body on the downswing. Instead of the Hips, Thorax, Arms, and Club, leading, we usually see the Club, Arms, Thorax, and Hips in the wrong order. Why? You guessed it. Restrictions in flexibility in the muscles. Not any more if you follow this sequence.
