Just about every good golfer on the planet has a ‘trigger’ to get the club started.  Whether it’s a kick of the right knee like Player and Palmer, a Forward Press of the hands like many pros, or  a bounce of the knees like Tom Kite and Curtis Strange  - all of them have a tension release mechanism designed to allow  the club  to go back tension free and smooth.  This drill emphasizes the knee kick which I've found very helpful.  I think you will too!
