Sitting Wall Staff

This pose is phenomenal  because you’re not only stretching out your hamstrings and calves, but also setting your pelvis back into position – which also will help set your back and shoulders.

Many people don’t initially like it because it forces their muscles to stretch and come back into alignment but in time, everybody invariably comes to love it.  (One in particular was Arnold Palmer. When I first put him down on the floor against the wall, he WAS NOT a Happy Camper and actually let me know he didn’t like it!  However, after a couple of weeks of doing it, he called me one morning and told me that it was his favorite pose.
