Despite the phenomenal advancements in technology and research
over the last millennium, the reality is that there's an
epidemic of health problems pervading across our world.
Despite the billions of dollars spent on Health Care each year,
the number of health and fitness problems are skyrocketing in
every area of our health! In the musculeo-skeletal arena,
we're seeing major increases in back surgeries, knee and
hip surgeries and replacements, along with countless other physical
ailments. Diseases continue to cripple our nation in the forms of
heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and the list grows on; and emotionally,
there is probably not one among us who hasn't been affected by the
stress that our society pounds onto us. In fact, most psychologists believe
that stress is the major cause of most health problems.
I believe strongly that there are three major reasons for the breakdown in our
health;
With the pollution in our air, our foods, and in our media, we must now learn
how to take care of our bodies "properly". On the physical level,
we need flexibility, strengthening, and cardiovascular. On the nutritional
level, we need not only whole and healthy foods, but also education on what NOT
to eat. And on the Mental/Emotional Level, we need to learn how to retool
our thoughts and emotions to allow our creative abilities to attract positive
things into our lives. I believe that to gain all around health, you CAN'T
just work on one area alone. The body is one major unit and these 3 areas of
health must be integrated.
Although I've gotten a reputation as the "Golf Swing Flexibility Guy",
the truth is that I've spent nearly half my life in the health and fitness
world, and have been fortunate to have been exposed to many of the great
pioneers, researchers, and leaders in the Health and Fitness World.
I highly encourage you to investigate the programs that I have selected and
recommend, as they will provide you with the tools products and information
you need to live a long and healthy life.
