By stretching obliques and lats, you’ll be freeing up your shoulder blades along with stretching the lower body. If you want a smoother and more effective golf swing – this exercise is for you. Note: If you can’t get your arms back against the wall, don’t worry about it, just take the arms to their limit – then back off and gently glide.
