Over a lifetime of playing and teaching golf, I’ve seen virtually thousands of golfers struggle with their swings and ‘fighting’ that particular swing fault that’s been plaguing them for years – but just can’t get rid of! Having tried just about everything to get rid of them; in most cases, the one thing they haven’t tried is changing the functionality of their bodies – ie, getting rid of muscle tightness and imbalances.
When I say this to people, the #1 response thatI get is something like: ‘Well Roger, I’m in my sixties and 70’s; am I too old to regain my flexibility?” My standard reply is:
