It's A Good Time To Test Your Hamstrings

The Hamstrings are a group of 3 Muscles that run from the Pelvis down to the knee.

Sitting Down too much tightens them up and thereby restricts the pelvis from moving efficiently.

Since the majority of the country is snowed in, it’s a good chance that you’ve been spending a lot of time indoors and sitting down.

The first thing to do IMO, is to see if your hamstrings have lost a lot of Range of Motion.  To do that, give my Hamstring Test a try to find out.
