IMPROVE YOUR CORE STRENGTH AND BALANCE WITH SIDE PLANKS

(Getting Older and Losing Strength and Balance?)

No doubt, as senior citizens get older, they tend to lose Strength, Flexibility, and Balance (not to mention lose Distance and Consistency in their golf games). At this stage in life, it’s not uncommon for seniors to fall down, often times injuring themselves, and sometimes requiring surgery. Not only is this devastating to their bodies, but their confidence also takes a hit. In my opinion, this doesn’t have to happen – especially with the regularity that it does.

By doing some simple Functional Movement exercises on a consistent basis, not only can people prevent these injuries from happening, but they can actually keep a person in the game!

In today’s video, we’re demonstrating how to do some simple Side Planks, which are fabulous exercises for maintaining Flexibility, Strength, AND Balance!


Remember to Relax, Stretch, THEN Strengthen
