Much like Baseball Pitchers having Rotator Cuff Problems and Tommy John Surgeries, Tennis Players developing Tennis Elbows, Etc., By years of Repetitive Stress, golfers develop Stronger and Dominant Right Sides (I’m obviously referring to Right Handed Golfers), which then overpower the less stable Left Sides.
Although many of today’s golfers look like Adonis. The reality is that their neurological systems are ‘again’ Right Side Dominant and when swinging a golf club MILLIONS of times, their left sides are unable to stabilize the tremendous forces moving onto it, and subsequently the Left Knee begins to Wear down. Because the Left Knee is a major link in the Muscle Chains, over time, it begins to get damaged.
Then come the Surgeries; But, in many cases, the surgeries don’t address the CAUSE of the problem.
To make matters worse, when the body is out of alignment,
