You should stretch out your quads periodically during the day with:
STANDING QUAD STRETCH
We are ALL designed to be in Motion, which is why I’m sure we were created with Legs and Feet to move.
However, the modern day denizen in our culture doesn’t move enough – OR spends too much time standing up. Over time, both of these actions will almost certainly tighten our legs – and in particular our quads.
When the quads get too tight, they tend to pull the torso forward which actually puts too much stress on our bodies – as well as impedes our circulation.
One stretch that I do several times during the day is the Standing Quad, which Victoria demonstrates in today’s video. I HIGHLY recommend that you do this simple stretch periodically throughout the day to keep your legs – and body vibrant.
