Side Planks to Fix the Lean
Nearly every person has One side of their bodies that are weaker – and/or tighter than the other. Over time, these imbalances definitely affect how your body moves – especially in the golf swing.
Although I think it’s paramount that people stretch the entire body – especially the tighter side, it’s equally as important to strengthen the weaker side to achieve better symmetry and balance in their bodies.
A simple exercise to strengthen one side of your body is by periodically doing Side Wall Planks throughout the day. Over time, you’ll be amazed at how your body begins to achieve better symmetry and balance!
